Your RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Participates in and collaborates with community partners in designing, planning, implementing, and assessing the therapeutic program environment and supervises the staff member's implementation of the program for youth.
- Supports the implementation of evidence-informed treatment approaches.
- Works in alignment with the Agency's commitment to equity to further create a sense of belonging at the Agency.

Your Talents and Experience- Diploma or degree in child and youth work, social services, social work or psychology, plus a minimum of three years of experience in a social service setting, and a minimum of one-year supervisor/managerial experience.
- Demonstrates commitment to inclusion, effective communication skills; the ability to delegate as well as accept direction; committed to a team-oriented approach; able to coordinate staff and program schedules to meet identified needs and targets.
- Commitment to helping youth within the context of the program and to be a resource to multidisciplinary treatment teams.
- A sound understanding of evidence-informed treatment approaches.
- Able to build authentic and sustainable relationships with staff members, clients, and community partners.
- Required to hold a valid "G" Class License and a two-million-dollar liability policy as part of personal car insurance, First Aid Certificate, CPR certificate, and C.I.T.
