Position Overview:Leads and coordinates daily clinical operations to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and optimal team performance within the clinic. This role combines direct patient care with leadership responsibilities, supporting clinicians through scheduling oversight, coaching, and mentorship to promote clinical excellence, accurate documentation, and compliant billing practices.
Provides guidance on patient case management, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both clinical outcomes and operational efficiency. The Rehab Supervisor also plays a key role in supporting business development efforts, fostering a positive team environment, and driving performance improvement across the department.
Job Description:
EDUCATION:Other: Graduate of an accredited school of occupational/physical/speech therapy
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
- PT-Physical Therapist
- OR OT-Occupational Therapist
- OR SP-Licensed Speech Pathologist
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:5 years of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:- Expertise in the field of physical rehabilitation.
- Knowledge of outpatient clinical operations such as, but not limited to clinical scheduling, clinical interventions, documentation, billing, customer service in a highly efficient setting while maintaining high levels of quality and customer service.
- Advanced knowledge of evidence-based outpatient clinical interventions and practice.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, and coaching/mentoring with the ability to motivate and engage others.
- Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects while delivering quality service/achieving business results.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve technical and operational issues problems as guided by policies, and procedures, or guidance from leadership.

Pay Range is $145,204.80 to $217,796.80 / annual salary
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
