What We're Looking For:
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling the Operational Quality function relating to the assurance of the quality of incoming and outgoing product quality and customer satisfaction within a specific site or geography.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Oversees the work of a small team of individuals often in a single site or geography
-Selects, trains, coaches and manages the performance and development of the team
-Develops, implements and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems and activities.
-Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of products.
-Participates in the reviewing of engineering designs to contribute quality requirements and considerations.
-Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data
-Establish, maintain and distribute quality metrics
-Provide leadership for continuous improvement initiatives
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
Preferred Education:
Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent supervisory experience in a related industry.
Preferred Work Experience:
6+ years experience including a minimum 1-2 years as a team lead/supervisor
Pay Range:
$78,640.00 - $117,960.00 Annual
Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
