YouTube platforms. You will serve as a primary client-facing leader, translating complex performance data into actionable insights for a highly sophisticated client marketing team.
Responsibilities- Oversee the setup, daily management, optimization, and scaling of programmatic Direct Response (DR) and Demand Gen campaigns across Google Ads and YouTube.
- Serve as a key daily point of contact for the client. Lead campaign status calls, present performance reviews, and effectively communicate strategic recommendations.
- Pull, analyze, and synthesize campaign data to deliver meaningful reports. Translate complex media metrics into business insights that demonstrate ROI to the client.
- Collaborate on full-funnel media strategies, connecting top-of-funnel brand awareness initiatives down to conversion-focused DR tactics.
- Guide and mentor associate team members, ensuring high execution standards, error-free delivery, and smooth workflow management across campaigns.
- Partner closely with internal planning, analytics, and associate director leadership to drive innovation and campaign efficiency across the B2B hardware portfolio.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on programmatic/digital media buying experience.
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, with specific expertise in Demand Gen campaigns. Strong background in YouTube ads and PMP execution is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting directly to clients and managing client expectations.
- Demonstrated experience managing direct reports, interns, or guiding junior team members on campaign execution.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record of extracting insights from data and presenting them in a clear, compelling manner.
- Ability to manage complex campaign details and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based near a US WPP Media office - hybrid schedule.

Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
