Night Shift Production Supervisor

Location: AZEK Manufacturing Facility - Scranton
Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000 + bonus

Schedule: 4X4 5:30PM-6:15AM

About the Role

AZEK is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead a high-performing manufacturing team during our overnight operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about safety, quality, and team engagement. You'll play a critical role in delivering production goals while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and respect.

What You'll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you will provide leadership and oversight for Shift Leaders, Operators, and Production Assistants to ensure we consistently meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. You'll manage daily production activities, coordinate resources, and collaborate across departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes.

What You'll Receive

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $90,000 to $95,000. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
