Role SummaryAs a Supervisor, Paid Search, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a client's paid search marketing initiatives. You will manage junior teammates and focus increasingly on strategy development for your dedicated account(s).
Responsibilities - Lead the day-to-day supervision of client-paid search programs including strategic approaches, bid recommendations, execution details, testing plans, budgets/accounting and overall goal achievement.
- Oversee a small team (3-4 junior specialists), setting daily execution priorities, managing workflow, and conducting thorough QA across Paid Search, Performance Max campaign setups.
- Build strong client relationships by serving as a primary point of contact, attending recurring status calls, and presenting performance results and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor, track and evaluate campaign performance metrics, based on client KPI targets and baselines.
- Continually track and evaluate campaign data against business target metrics, using reporting tools to uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Test new campaign types, creative formats, and automated tools to improve team efficiency and advance account strategy.
- Participate in agency-wide initiatives, process changes, and tool rollouts to help refine the overall search practice.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience running DR performance campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Search Ads 360 (SA360), and Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
- Proven experience launching, optimizing, and scaling Paid Search and PMax campaigns
- Strong foundation in core PPC mechanics, including tCPA/ROAS bidding strategies, impression share analysis, keyword research, and audience targeting.
- Prior experience managing/forecasting large-scale paid search portfolios against defined CPA, revenue, or conversion targets, and managing budgets through tools like Prisma.
- Prior experience supervising, delegating to, or mentoring junior team members (e.g., Senior Associates or Associates).
- Track record of using search engine analytics, and presentation tools to build clear performance decks from raw data.

Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
