What is the opportunity?

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead our ClientLink Reconciliation team. In this role, you will oversee daily reconciliation operations across multiple financial systems while supervising and developing a high-performing team. You'll combine technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities to drive accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at problem-solving, leverages technology to enhance productivity, and is committed to building a collaborative, inclusive team environment.

What will you do?
  • Lead and supervise a team of professionals to maintain seamless daily operations and workflow continuity
  • Oversee core reconciliation activities, including daily reconciliations of cash, positions, and costs across accounting systems (ClientLink) and custody systems (Broadridge), and investigation of reconciling items
  • Develop subject matter expertise across all team procedures, serving as the primary resource for team members seeking guidance and issue resolution
  • Manage client inquiries by reviewing and responding to urgent requests from internal stakeholders with efficiency and accuracy
  • Coordinate cross-functional escalations with OPS and support teams to resolve complex problems and drive resolution
  • Foster a supportive workplace culture by actively listening, demonstrating empathy, and championing mental health and well-being initiatives
  • Drive performance excellence through personal leadership and accountability while enabling your team to deliver results
  • Act as SME for projects impacting team


What do you need to succeed?

Must haves:
  • Proven experience in reconciliation processes and operations
  • Demonstrated people management and supervisory experience
  • Strong technical proficiency, including advanced Excel skills and data mapping expertise
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to automate processes, enhance efficiency, and implement solutions that improve team productivity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Nice-to-have:
  • VBA macro experience
  • Familiarity with Broadridge systems (BTS, MRGN, ZCBA, Clientsource, etc.)
  • Experience with ClientLink platform
  • Background with large financial institutions
