Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):$77.910 - $100.530 - $112.590
The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant's years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.
What You Will DoProvide direct supervision of and 24-hour responsibility for personnel and assure the quality of clinical nursing care of NICU patients. This position has responsibility for the coordination of care for patients and families in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Responsibility includes planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating staff and care activities in Neonatal Intensive Care to ensure the delivery of high quality, cost-effective patient care. The position is accountable for scheduling, coordinating, and maintaining the resources necessary on a specific shift daily, weekly, and monthly.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 3 Years Clinical nursing experience, one year of which shall have been in a facility with a NICU that is equivalent to a Regional or Community NICU.
- California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing -REQUIRED
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Various-Employee provides certificate -REQUIRED
