YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:Reporting to the General Supervisor, Maintenance Planning & Reliability, you will be part of the Maintenance Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle's values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
- Lead the Reliability Team, providing supervision and support for daily tasks and projects. Coach and provide team and individual feedback, while improving the quality of service and team engagement.
- Implement and improve RCM strategies (RCFA, FMEA) to improve reliability KPIs (MTBF, MA%).
- Drive continuous improvement and achievement of department goals through effective collaboration with management, contributors, and stakeholders.
- Analyze and report key performance indicators and suggest immediate actions to improve equipment reliability and availability for all fleets (fixed and mobile).
- Stay appraised of fleet and machine health and support maintenance strategy decisions with evidence-based analysis.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Agnico Eagle's Health & Safety Code of Conduct.
- Lead the hiring process for new team members, administrate transfers and offboarding, manage onboarding and training requirements, set annual team and individual employee goals, and provide periodic employee evaluations.
- Manage employee schedules, vacations, and overtime within department and AEM policies.
- Address, record, and action employee behavioral and performance issues, improvement plans, and probations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED- Trained technician or Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Reliability, Electrical, Industrial).
- 7 years of experience in maintenance related functions, with background in Project Management and in Continuous Improvement.
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Trained in Lean Six Sigma, Machinery Lubrication Analyst (MLA) is an advantage.

Y OUR W ORK S CHEDULE : - Schedule: 14 days of work, followed by 14 days for transportation and rest
- Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides transportation to and from the mine site and will accommodate to cover other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada.
