Position Overview:

The Supervisor, Institutional and Pension Accounting, supervises a team of specialists who provide products and services to corporate and institutional clients.

Responsibilities:

-Helps develop and maintain account administration standards, procedures and controls in order to improve efficiency and reliability of the team.
-Liaises with internal and external clients and builds client relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving client issues.
-Completes performance reviews and sets team objectives with the help of the manager in order to provide leadership, maintain good morale and foster teamwork.
-Supervises the activities of a group of specialist to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services to a select number of corporate and institutional clients and coordinate and to assign workload and schedule tasks.
-Authorizes cheques, wires and foreign exchange requests so that specialists can administer accounts.
-Monitors activity in client accounts to ensure adherence to legislation and contractual agreements.
