ResponsibilitiesThe Inside Sales Supervisor is a high-impact player/coach role responsible for delivering individual sales performance while leading, coaching, and developing a team of Inside Sales Representatives. This role requires a strong balance of personal production, performance management, and data-driven coaching to ensure consistent achievement of Calls Handled, Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) production, conversion, and enrollment rate targets.
The ideal candidate is a top-performing sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets, strong analytical skills, and a passion for coaching others to higher performance.
Key responsibilitiesIndividual Performance (Player)- Meet or exceed established targets for:
- Calls Handled
- Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Call Conversion Rate
- Enrollment Rate
- Demonstrate best-in-class sales behaviors and execution to serve as a role model for the team
- Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene and documentation standards
Team Leadership & Coaching (Coach)- Directly manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives located remotely across multiple markets
- Conduct 1:1 meetingswith each team member focused on:
- Performance review
- Funnel health and conversion metrics
- Skill development and action planning
- Utilize dashboards, reporting tools, and KPIs to diagnose performance gaps and drive accountability
- Leverage AI call transcripts, scoring, and insights to provide targeted, actionable coaching
- Conduct call reviews, skill drills, and coaching sessions to improve:
- Call quality
- Qualification effectiveness
- Conversion outcomes
Performance Management- Monitor and manage team performance against key metrics, including:
- Calls Handled
- SQL production
- Conversion rates
- Enrollment rates
- Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable to performance standards
- Identify underperformance early and implement structured coaching and improvement plans
- Recognize and reinforce high performance and best practices
Operational Excellence- Partner with Sales Operations and leadership to execute sales strategies and initiatives
- Ensure consistency in process adherence, call handling standards, and lead management
- Provide feedback on tools, processes, and market insights to support continuous improvement
- Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed

REQUIREDEducation: Bachelor's degree requiredLicensure, Certification, Registration or Designation: NAWork Experience and Qualifications:- Proven record of consistently exceeding performance targets in current role
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities (individual production + team leadership)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Effective communication and coaching skills, particularly in a remote environment
- Experience utilizing CRM systems, dashboards, and call analytics tools (AI transcription/scoring preferred)
