What you will do:
Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Sales Specialists through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Recruit, train, and develop diverse talent while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Develop and execute sales strategies, territory assignments, and operating plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
Monitor business performance and drive execution of initiatives that support segment and organizational objectives.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring a superior customer experience.
Collaborate with field sales teams, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
Analyze sales performance, team metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities, optimize execution, and improve results.
Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development to maximize team effectiveness.
Drive employee engagement, accountability, and attainment of key sales and operational objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for customer, partner, and team-related matters.
Ensure achievement of critical business results through effective leadership, planning, and execution.
What we expect of you:
Associate Degree and 3 years of sales leadership or people management experience OR 5 years of equivalent sales leadership or people management experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members to drive performance and continuous learning.
Experience with performance management, employee development, and team engagement.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software.
Ability to analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to drive informed business decisions.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs while meeting deadlines.
Thorough knowledge of CDW products, services, and sales processes.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and act as a trusted business partner.
Pay Range: $80,000 60,000 based on experience and skill set
Annual Bonus Target: $95,000 subject to plan terms and conditions
