Full Job Description
Oversee all Item Life Cycle functions including item set up, maintenance and disco as well as project work. Represent the team and provide support in resolving roadblocks. Facilitate system access & training. Partner with cross-functional teams to proactively meet the needs of each Brand/channel, enabling them to provide the optimal customer experience.
***Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location include Carlisle, PA.
Essential job functions:
• Accomplish department objectives by managing staff, planning and evaluating Item Life Cycle activities.
• Maintain staffing levels by recruiting, hiring and onboarding full-time and contract employees.
• Facilitate system access & training.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Oversee & audit data collection, entry and accuracy, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
• Represent Item Life Cycle on and with cross-functional teams.
• Provide regular updates on team accomplishments, roles & responsibilities to leadership & partners.
• Submit process & system improvements for the I.T. backlog(s) and participate in backlog discussions.
• Take an active role in system-related projects; help develop QA tools and workflows.
• Serve as escalation point and provide post-incident analysis.
• Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our values.
Qualifications:
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Retail Operations, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in systems administration, Item Life Cycle management, Product Master Data Management (MDM), or database maintenance.
• 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in a retail, operations, or data management environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, product information management, master data management, and Item Life Cycle processes.
• Subject matter expertise in Item Life Cycle systems, processes, data governance, and data quality management.
• Experience managing item setup, maintenance, discontinuations, product attribute management, and ensuring data integrity.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams, resolve roadblocks, and support business objectives across brands and channels.
• Experience facilitating system access, user onboarding, training, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication, leadership, and team development skills, including coaching, delegation, conflict resolution, and escalation management.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Biceps and SEGA systems.
• Proficiency in Power BI reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
• Working knowledge of Interscale systems and reporting tools.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $92,640 - $138,960
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
