ResponsibilitiesManagement
- Provides immediate supervision to semi-skilled support teammembers. Assigns tasks and monitors work at frequent intervals. Maintains schedules and workflow of the team
- Manages personnel details to include salaries, positioning, hire/fire, reviews, coaching and training
Project / Infrastructure Site Management
- Plans, coordinates, budgets, and implements resources to complete projects and maintenance within the datacenters. Executes specified routine tasks. Meets unit targets typically against a weekly plan
- Provides input and guidance towards budget
- Overall site capacity supervision
Vendor Management
- Oversees contractor work and operations to ensure completion to Equinix's required standards
Testing
- Assists with start up tests, documenting and reporting all problems
Incident Management
- Communicates and coordinates activities and on-site staff during an incident
Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of related experience or equivalent work experience (5+)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - SV8 Silicon Valley : 96,000 - 144,000 USD / Annual
