The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Program & Project Supervisor supports leadership in advancing a modern, intelligence-led communications hub for crisis response, branch and campus support, and executive protection. This role drives planning, execution, and continuous improvement of initiatives that strengthen enterprise security, situational awareness, and operational efficiency through advanced technologies, intelligence, and streamlined processes. Working with GSOC leadership and cross-functional partners, the supervisor translates strategic priorities into actionable programs that enhance incident response, intelligence integration, and operational technologies while supporting a more proactive, agile, and data-driven security operation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of GSOC-related programs and projects supporting global security operations, intelligence, and incident response functions
  • Manage end-to-end program and project lifecycle, including intake, planning, prioritization, scheduling, resource coordination, and performance tracking
  • Oversee the standardization and delivery of GSOC program outputs, including reporting, dashboards, intelligence products, and situational awareness deliverables
  • Integrate threat intelligence, open-source monitoring, and operational data into program planning and execution to enhance decision-making and risk mitigation
  • Coordinate and support executive travel monitoring and risk programs in alignment with GSOC, Executive Protection, and enterprise stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement of GSOC program management processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify, assess, and escalate program risks, dependencies, and operational gaps, providing actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure successful program delivery and alignment
  • Develop and maintain program dashboards, metrics, and executive-level reporting to track GSOC program performance and maturity
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, compliance standards, and internal controls across all GSOC programs and projects
  • Support implementation, integration, and optimization of GSOC tools and platforms, including incident management systems, alerting platforms, and intelligence solutions
  • Support crisis management and critical incident response efforts through coordination, communication, and program-level oversight
  • Drive stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment between GSOC program outputs and enterprise business needs
  • Provide oversight, guidance, and direction to project managers and team members supporting GSOC program delivery, ensuring consistency and accountability
  • Support training initiatives and capability development to enhance program management maturity and GSOC team effectiveness


Qualifications

  • Strong experience supporting or leading complex, cross-functional security operations programs and projects, including incident management, intelligence analysis, threat monitoring, and operational initiatives
  • Proficiency with security technologies and platforms (e.g., incident management systems, AlertMedia, International SOS (ISOS), LPR, access control, CCTV, intelligence tools)
  • Experience integrating open-source intelligence (OSINT), travel risk intelligence, and internal data into program execution and decision-making
  • Advanced ability to develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and program briefings
  • Proficiency in program and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, and change management practices
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions
  • Ability to analyze operational data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience supporting crisis response, executive protection, or enterprise security programs preferred


Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Intelligence Studies, or related field, or equivalent experience


Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, Lean, CPP, or related disciplines
  • Experience in financial services, corporate security, or enterprise risk environments
  • Experience supporting globally distributed operations or 24/7 security environments
