About the JobDue to continued growth, we are looking to add a
Field Supervisor - Fluid Operations to our team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a highly organized, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced field environment and is passionate about safety, operational excellence, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise day and/or night shift field crews, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Lead and support field execution of fluid transfer operations, including rig-in, rig-out, pumping, and pigging.
- Operate and oversee equipment such as pumps, filtration units, submersibles, and generators.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
- Serve as a primary point of contact with on-site consultants and respond professionally to requests.
- Participate in and lead job safety meetings, hazard assessments, and safety initiatives.
- Complete and submit all required documentation (field tickets, JSAs, reports) accurately and on time.
- Track and report job inventories and operational performance.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Technical Skills & Experience:- Strong working knowledge of oilfield fluid operations, terminology, and equipment.
- Proven experience with water transfer and pumping systems, including rig-in/out operations.
- Experience operating heavy equipment (e.g., skid steers, side-by-sides).
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and operational documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:- 4-6+ years of experience with water transfer and pumping systems, including rig-in/out operations.
- Previous supervisory experience leading field crews.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general digital reporting tools.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and operational documentation.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
Certifications (Required):- First Aid, H2S Alive, Common Safety Orientation (CSO).
- Skid Steer Certification.
- Safety Supervision Training.

Working Conditions: - Combination of shop and field work, including outdoor environments in varying and extreme weather conditions.
- Physically demanding role (lifting, bending, manual handling up to 50 lbs).
- Exposure to industrial noise, chemicals, fumes and dust.
- Travel required.
