WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Supervise, coach, and review the work of financial reporting team members, ensuring deliverables are accurate, complete, and completed within established reporting timelines.
Prepare, review, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting deliverables, including consolidation working papers, financial statements, note disclosure schedules, and supporting analyses prepared in accordance with IFRS.
Support public company reporting requirements, including quarterly reporting timelines, disclosure controls, audit committee materials, and compliance with applicable financial reporting and governance expectations.
Support the design, execution, documentation, and continuous improvement of ICFR-related processes and controls within the financial reporting function.
Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to support audit requests, resolve reporting inquiries, and ensure timely completion of audit deliverables.
Research technical accounting matters and reporting developments, and support documentation of conclusions for financial statement and disclosure purposes.
Maintain and enhance reporting templates, working papers, documentation, and standardized processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and control execution.
Collaborate with Operations, Investments, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, AP, and IT to assess business and operational changes and support financial reporting objectives.
