Full Job Description
The Supervisor, Delivery Services is responsible for leading and developing the Implementation Coordinators team and overseeing all aspects of Essentials Pro and Trading Partner client implementations. The Supervisor, Delivery Services partners with Implementation Analysts leadership to ensure optimal Essential Pro client implementation experience. The Supervisor, Delivery Services, works with leadership and their team to identify continuous improvement initiatives. The Supervisor, Delivery Services develops and executes training programs designed to educate team members and monitors performance through quality and productivity auditing.

Education and Experience:
  • Must have a bachelor's or associate degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience in the Healthcare and/or Healthcare IT industry.
  • 4+ years of relevant business experience including at least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
  • Experience with implementation of healthcare software solutions.
  • Ability to solve problems holistically. You can see the big picture when analyzing situations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

What you will be doing:
  • Providing leadership and supervision to the Implementation Coordinators team by making decisions, solving problems, developing unit procedures, developing records/files, conducting meetings, and representing department at internal and external meetings.
  • Supporting all type of Essentials Pro and Trading Partner implementations, managing escalations, and partnering with Sales, Support, Success and Product leadership to ensure best practices.
  • Acting as the escalation contact for service issues/risks, balancing the company and client service needs professionally, while supporting and championing his/her team.
  • Providing guidance and mentoring to associates
  • Creating and executing training plans for team to include initial and ongoing training for new associates
  • Contributing to Product Launch Management activities from an Implementation Coordinator perspective
  • Documenting and presenting constructive performance assessments and sets developmental goals.
  • Contributing to development of measurable individual and team objectives that are aligned with business and organizational goals.
  • Assuring the consistent use of the company's implementation service methodology in all implementation and support functions for the region.
  • Assuring disciplined management, customer communication, and expectation setting for customer implementations.
  • Identifying both client and internal risks and developing and implementing mitigation/resolution strategies.
  • Working collaboratively with other areas of the organization to build confidence, credibility and trust towards improvement measures and organizational goal obtainment.
