Full Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing.
  • Implement and oversee project management activities for assigned customer programs.
  • Coordinate internal communication and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships while developing and strengthening long-term business partnerships.
  • Lead customer satisfaction activities, including surveys, analysis, follow-up actions, and reporting.
  • Manage customer complaints by investigating issues, coordinating resolutions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Review customer orders, address order-related issues, and monitor production plans and schedules to meet customer requirements.
  • Perform contract and purchase order (PO) reviews, process order entry, and maintain accurate order schedules.
  • Provide project management support for existing products and customer programs.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience, including demonstrated success in handling and resolving customer complaints.
  • Familiarity with customer service systems and processes.
  • Working knowledge of project management, order management, and production planning procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Project, and other standard business software.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong English communication skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.


The base pay hiring rate expected for this position is: $70,600-$95,000.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
