As the
Supervisor, Content & Implementation Specialist, you will be the strategic engine driving the Pacific Market (California) for Savvas Learning Company. Partnering closely with the Manager of Professional Learning, you will lead, coach, and elevate a high-performing team of Curriculum Specialists. This is a dynamic, high-impact leadership role where your expertise in pilot strategies, event execution, and talent development will directly shape winning sales campaigns across California.
Key Responsibilities- Lead & Elevate Talent: Oversee the hiring, onboarding, development, and coaching of your Curriculum Specialist team, creating tailored growth plans to maximize their potential.
- Drive Market Strategy: Partner with sales and services teams to plan and deliver high-impact workshops, pilots, presentations, and product activation services.
- Optimize Resources & Events: Direct the logistics, staffing, and execution of sales events, conferences, and pilots, ensuring optimal team capacity and efficient resource deployment.
- Fiscal & Operational Oversight: Manage team expenses, enforce travel policies, and align geographical resource placement to control costs under the manager's direction.
- Deliver & Champion Excellence: Deliver high-level sales and service presentations to support key campaigns, while continuously modeling and coaching superior messaging and presentation skills.
Qualifications & Experience- Education: B.S. or B.A. degree required (M.A. preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of leadership-level experience in the K-12 education industry, with a deep understanding of educational sales processes, pilot strategies, and service delivery.
- Strategic Leadership: Proven track record of executing strategic plans, driving customer relationships, and coaching teams to close deals and adopt platforms.
- Communication Master: Exceptional written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills, with high proficiency in modern business tools (Salesforce, Zoom, LMS, Google Workspace).
- Location & Travel: Must reside in California. Ability to travel 60-70% (primarily via airline/car) to attend customer meetings and support regional events.
Physical & Operational Requirements- Ability to handle a high volume of work and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to sit or stand at a computer or during presentations.

This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. The posted hiring range reflects our good faith estimate at the time of posting and remains subject to modification. Compensation is determined by factors such as but not limited to skills, experience, budget, and internal equity.
Hiring Range: $92,000 - $115,000 + sales incentives.
