As a Supervisor Clinic RN - Gastroenterology, you'll lead and support a dynamic team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Medical Assistants (MAs) while shaping high-quality, patient-centered care in a specialized GI setting.This role offers the opportunity to mentor and manage clinical staff, ensuring excellence in day-to-day operations, workflow efficiency, and patient outcomes. You'll play a key role in reviewing clinical charts for accuracy, compliance, and quality, helping to uphold the highest standards of care and regulatory best practices.

Required Qualifications: - Graduate of accredited school of registered nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Previous charge/lead nurse experience.
