Job DescriptionThe RN Clinic Supervisor is a Registered Nurse responsible for overseeing direct patient care in the clinic(s) as well as facilitating patient care flow. Works in close collaboration with Director and Practice Manager to ensure competency of clinical and non-clinical caregivers. Mentors and develops clinical caregivers. Ensures all assigned duties are performed in a manner that promotes team concept to reflect the Providence Health & Services mission and philosophy. The RN Clinic Supervisor will assist with maintaining compliance to professional nursing standards as well as regulatory requirements, and will support providers and caregivers in delivering quality health care to patients taking into account the patients' individual physical and/or age-related needs.
Required qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- 3 years of Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery system such as hospital, health plan and support departments.
Preferred qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of Progressive leadership role in an ambulatory clinic setting or acute care setting.
- ER or Urgent Care experience.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records, Windows, and Excel-based software.

These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
