GreenShield Administration is a business unit within GreenShield and is more than a pharmacy benefits manager, it is a health benefits manager. With offices in Quebec and Ontario, GreenShield Administration provides customized white-label solutions that support drug, dental and extended health benefits for group benefits carriers, third-party payors, and government organizations across Canada.
GreenShield Administration is built on a foundation of proven technology, seamless branding, innovative claim management and administration capabilities, collaborative provider management, and solid industry expertise. They recognize that each client is unique and requires a business solution tailored to their needs. Reporting to the Manager, GreenShield Administration, the Supervisor, Client Administration will be responsible for the supervision of the GreenShield Administration team to meet or exceed department and company objectives.
- Responsible for training, developing and coaching the Client Administration team.
- Provide leadership to the Client Administration team in all aspects of enrolment, billings, accounts receivable, and customer service.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment where employees are engaged and motivated to meet departmental objectives.
- Ensure quality customer service is delivered within the team
- Take an active role in identifying and supporting projects related to productivity enhancements and process improvements.
- Establish and monitor the day-to-day production requirements of GreenShield Administration partners.
- Support the implementation of new requirements and services for GreenShield Administration partners through system and process changes.
- Liase with GreenShield Administration partners with respect to administrative and systems requirements to manage and resolve ongoing issues
- Support the implementation and ongoing change management of the business.
- Provide subject matter expertise to support completion of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) from prospective GreenShield Administration partners.
- Foster a climate that supports relationship building and collaboration with GreenShield Administration partners, within GreenShield Administration and throughout the business, which results in enhanced alignment, innovation and ultimately an exceptional client experience.
- Work with employees and members of the Management Team to address and resolve customer issues and inquiries.
- Work closely with and serve as an active member of Green Shield Canada's management team.
- Occasional travel within Canada may be required.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR- University degree or college diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
- CEBS courses or a professional designation are assets.
- Minimum of three years of experience working in group benefits administration.
- Previous leadership experience would be considered an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of group insurance sales, billings and receivables would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of life and disability benefits considered an asset.
- Demonstrated leadership experience to motivate, build, develop and lead effective teams in a collaborative and engaging environment to achieve results.
- Experience leading teams in the identification and implementation continuous process improvements and technology changes.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Highly developed planning, organizing and negotiating skills; can manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities.
- Clear and effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of internal and external clients/partners, and stakeholders.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent interpersonal skills that support working effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally within Canada will be required to support clients.
- Bilingual French/English would be considered an asset.
