Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily activities of Client Services Associates to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Assist manager in implementing operational initiatives to enhance efficiency and sales.
  • Interview, hire, and train Client Services Associates to maintain adequate staffing.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and handle disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Foster a teamwork-oriented environment for staff coverage during absences.
  • Maintain organization and security of satellite office files and documents.
  • Support compliance tasks as necessary for Broker/Dealer responsibilities.

Full Job Description
Overview

This is a full-time, hybrid role located at our Muhlenberg, PA office location.

 

Hybrid schedule is 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home following a successful 90 day introductory period.

 

Core working hours will be 8 am - 5  pm, Monday through Friday.

 

Responsible for managing designated group of Client Services Associates. This includes general oversight of trade or order processing, account servicing, and appointment setting, preparation, and follow up.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the oversight of daily activities for designated group of staff and ensuring they consistently demonstrate the care, listening, understanding, and delivery practices required for internal and external customers. Duties include working with manager to implement departmental operational initiatives that increase efficiencies and allow maximum time for sales staff to sell.
  • Responsible for the interviewing and hiring of Client Services Associates in order to ensure sufficient staffing in region. Also responsible for training of Client Services Associates as well as conducting regular coaching sessions, writing and delivering performance reviews, and handling progressive discipline issues if needed.
  • Responsible for building an environment within group of assigned staff that is conducive to teamwork and allows for customer and financial advisor coverage when staff are out of the office or away from desk.
  • Responsible for maintaining organized and efficient satellite offices, which includes maintaining security and quality of all files and documents. Also, work with manager to produce favorable audit results for satellite offices.

 

Additional Responsibilities
  • May be a back-up for tasks and duties needed for compliance and supervision responsibilities required by Broker/Dealer.
Qualifications Education

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business administration or finance. (Required)

Experience

3 or more years Brokerage. (Required)

 

3 or more years Supervision. (Preferred)

Certifications

Series 7 and Series 63; may have 63/65 combo or 66. (Required)

 

Must be able to be affiliated with our Broker Dealer. (Required)

This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. The salary range for this position is $64,700.00 - $107,900.00 annually.

This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
