Supervisor, Aerospace Materials & Integration Operations (MRO)

Location: Montreal, Quebec

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a hands-on Supervisor to oversee materials fulfillment and integration activities supporting our CFM56 MRE and Module Factory operations in Montre9al.

This role is ideal for an experienced aviation materials professional who has developed strong operational expertise and has begun supervising people or day-to-day workflows, and who is ready to take the next step into a broader front-line supervisory role.

As Supervisor, you will remain closely connected to day-to-day execution on the floor, while guiding a small integration team, coordinating with partner functions, and ensuring materials are available on time, compliant, and aligned with production priorities.

Responsibilities:

Materials Operations & Execution
  • Supervise daily material fulfillment and integration activities supporting CFM56 engine repair and Module Factory production
  • Ensure material availability aligns with production schedules, priorities, and regulatory requirements
  • Adjust daily priorities in response to shortages, emergent demands, or production changes

Team Supervision
  • Support and supervise the Integration team responsible for demand intake, material assessment, fulfillment execution, and follow-up
  • Coordinate daily task assignments and workload distribution to meet operational needs
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to support team performance and engagement

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Piece Part Repair, and Production teams
  • Act as a key operational contact for material readiness and integration status

Process Discipline & Improvement
  • Execute and maintain standardized, audit-ready material fulfillment and integration processes
  • Identify practical improvement opportunities and support operational initiatives aimed at improving flow, accuracy, and delivery
  • Track operational activities and KPIs; escalate issues that may impact production or compliance

Safety, Compliance & Traceability
  • Ensure adherence to aviation safety requirements and material traceability standards
  • Promote disciplined, compliant execution in a regulated aerospace environment


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in an aviation, engine MRO, airline, or aerospace operations environment
    • Experience may include warehouse operations, material coordination, logistics, planning, production support, or technical roles
  • Some supervisory or leadership experience (e.g., supervisor, team lead, acting lead, senior coordinator) with responsibility for:
    • Day-to-day task coordination
    • Supporting team members
    • Managing execution priorities
  • Good understanding of aviation materials, MRO workflows, and traceability requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage changing priorities in a production environment
  • Practical, hands-on approach with a collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable communicating with operational teams and supervisors across functions
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience with CFM56 engine materials or MRO operations is an asset
