What You'll Do:

  • Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environment
  • Supervise day-to-day accounting functions which includes accounting for corporately managed bank accounts, including clearings and bank account reconciliations
  • Create and enter journal entries into accounting system(s)
  • Prepare monthly General Ledger account reconciliations and analysis
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and corporate finance partners to support business objectives
  • Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Lead, develop, and manage accounting staff, including assigning responsibilities, delegating authority, and providing training, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall productivity
  • Prepare and submit required financial reports, ensuring completeness and adherence to deadlines Assist in managing integration, system reconciliations, and migration from legacy platforms
  • Other duties as required
