Supervising Electrical Engineer
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering and design within the MEP, facilities, or building systems industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage building systems.
- Experience working with public-sector, institutional, commercial, healthcare, higher education, or other facility-based projects preferred.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD required; Revit experience strongly preferred.
- Thorough understanding of applicable building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $120,000-$155,000. The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
