Le superviseur des accessoires est responsable de superviser les opérations des différentes lignes de produits de réparation des accessoires moteurs du Campus 5 à St-Hubert de jour du lundi au vendredi.

Si vous avez un bon sens de l'organisation, des qualités de leader et une passion pour la gestion, l'assurance qualité, ainsi qu'un fort désir de mettre en place des processus innovateurs, nous vous conseillons fortement de poser votre candidature pour notre poste de Superviseur.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon le quart de jour à St-Hubertet s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de réparation des accessoires dans un secteur de haute technologie;
  • Motiver et énergiser l'équipe de travail afin d'atteindre un niveau d'engagement de la main d'œuvre optimal;
  • Responsable de l'atteinte des principaux indicateurs de performance: Santé sécurité, qualité, livraison à temps, productivité, etc.
  • Assister le développement et la gestion du budget et l'embauche;
  • Superviser et coordonner le changement de quart de travail;
  • Animer et participer à des rencontres avec d'autres gestionnaires


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience en supervision d'employés dans le secteur manufacturier (Un atout)
  • Connaissance et expérience des processus d'inspection, d'assemblage et de tests d'accessoires moteurs pour le marché de l'après-vente dans l'industrie aéronautique (un atout)
  • Baccalauréat en aéronautique, en administration ou dans un domaine connexe (un diplôme en ingénierie constitue un atout)
  • Leadership démontré et aptitudes avérées en gestion d'équipe
  • Expérience dans la direction et le développement d'équipes, de groupes, de projets ou de processus à haute performance
  • Orientation marquée vers la qualité et l'excellence du service dans un environnement exigeant
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome sous pression
  • Engagement à satisfaire les exigences des clients tout en maintenant les plus hauts standards de qualité
  • Excellente organisation et aptitude à gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches simultanément

Job Title: Accessory Supervisor

The Accessories Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations across various engine accessory repair product lines at Campus 5 in St-Hubert, from Monday to Friday, day shift.

If you have strong organizational skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for management and quality assurance along with a strong drive to implement innovative processes we strongly encourage you to apply for our supervisor position.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, day shift, based in St-Hubert, and performed exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Supervise daily accessory repair operations in a high-tech environment
  • Motivate and energize the team to achieve optimal workforce engagement
  • Responsible for meeting key performance indicators: health and safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, etc.
  • Assist in budget development and management, as well as recruitment
  • Supervise and coordinate shift changes
  • Lead and participate in meetings with other managers


What do you need to be successful?
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience supervising employees in the manufacturing sector ( An Asset)
  • Knowledge of and experience with inspection, assembly, and testing processes for engine accessories in the aerospace aftermarket industry (an asset)
  • Bachelor's degree in aeronautics, business administration, or a related field (a degree in engineering is an asset)
  • Proven leadership and strong team management skills
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performance teams, groups, projects, or processes
  • Strong focus on quality and service excellence in a demanding environment
  • Ability to work independently under pressure
  • Commitment to meeting customer requirements while maintaining the highest quality standards
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously


Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
