Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex water or industrial construction projects
• Strongly desired self-perform experience
• Ability to thrive in a large team environment with a project-first mentality
• Proven determination to control project outcomes and communicate effectively
• Geographical mobility and ability to relocate within a region preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing project-specific safety and accident prevention programs
• Lead the Task Hazard Analysis (THA) process and enforce EEO/Affirmative Action programs
• Maintain understanding of project schedule and budget to enforce plans and motivate employees
• Help the project superintendent with manpower sourcing, project plans, and contract documentation
• Schedule and manage multiple crews performing various on-site tasks
• Allocate resources, plan activities, and manage consumables and equipment with comprehensive material tracking
• Communicate effectively with owners, inspectors, and trades, while interpreting contract drawings
• Create isometric drawings and assist in the shop drawing submission process
