Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor or similar role.
• Proven background in leading ground up commercial construction projects.
• Experience in managing industrial construction projects such as warehouses and distribution centers.
• Highly preferred experience with tilt up construction techniques.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately.
• Proficient with construction management tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations from project initiation to closeout.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate activities with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure work completion follows safety guidelines, timelines, and project specifications.
• Conduct daily site walks to assess quality, productivity, and progress.
• Coordinate inspections to maintain compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate subcontractor meetings to ensure clear communication among trades.
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly to reduce schedule delays.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
