Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology) with 6 years of remediation construction experience, or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex project situations.
• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
• Valid driver's license; CDL and TWIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee teams of laborers and equipment operators performing remediation construction services at multiple project sites.
• Prepare pre-construction proposals and project cost estimates.
• Monitor daily progress and status of ongoing projects, ensuring timelines are met.
• Review and approve contractor payment applications and validate project cost reports.
• Develop project schedules and communicate resource requirements to relevant department managers.
• Establish and maintain client relationships, regularly updating on project statuses and addressing needs.
• Lead safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment.
