What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will manage an operation and have the skills to understand the process of a liquid CO2 production plant. Also have the ability to maintain the liquid CO2 plant along with associated tanks, controls, and truck fill systems to ensure safe and efficient performance.
  • In this role you will monitor process performance, adjust parameters to correct deviations, and interpret process documentation including piping and instrumentation diagrams and electrical schematics
  • Additionally, perform lockout and tagout procedures, oversee contractors as needed, and prepare projects that enhance facility availability and reliability
  • Take responsibility for coordinating planned maintenance, performing preventive maintenance tasks, and supporting production and liquid supply needs through a combination of office and field work
  • Furthermore, manage and support three production technicians while responding to unplanned events and making technical decisions in partnership with the Director of Operations


What makes you great

  • You will bring a Bachelor's Degree in engineering with three to five years of experience, or five to ten years of relevant plant operations experience with proven management capability
  • You shall have strong working knowledge of CO2 Process Plant or similar complex process control systems, industrial instrumentation, and general maintenance of compressors and related equipment
  • In addition you should demonstrate proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems, including industrial ammonia refrigeration systems, ventilation, and air conditioning familiarity, and the ability to safely operate forklifts, cranes, and aerial work platforms
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills along with the ability to read and revise engineering drawings such as piping and instrumentation diagrams and schematic wiring diagrams
  • Additionally, excel with computers, Microsoft applications, process control systems, and maintenance and compliance documentation while applying strong communication skills across teams
  • You are recognized for being dependable, honest, safety-focused, and self-directed with the ability to plan work, manage projects, and maintain high standards of quality control
