As a Plumbing Superintendent, you'll take ownership of large-scale and/or multi-site plumbing projects from start to finish. This is a leadership role for someone who sees the big picture, leads from the field, and takes pride in delivering exceptional work - safely, on time, and at the highest standard.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee large or multiple plumbing job sites, including manpower planning, scheduling, and logistics
- Drive quality control, code compliance, and consistent communication between field teams, project management, and leadership
- Proactively identify and resolve jobsite challenges to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Mentor foremen and crews while setting the tone for safety, professionalism, and craftsmanship
What You Bring:
- Current Montana Journeyman Plumber license (required)
- 8+ years of plumbing experience, with superintendent-level leadership strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems, codes, and best practices
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and make sound field decisions
