Superintendent for upcoming projects in Alberta!

What You Bring:- Proven experience in leading successful project teams with 5-10 years of previous experience in supervisory/management role in the industrial construction or the oil & gas industry
- Strategically oversee, monitor, and manage of a project
- Combination of work experience in a similar role and industry related trade certification / education
- Pivotal in planning, organizing, and controlling a project to meet and exceed expectations
- Ensuring utilization and compliance of corporate policies and procedures
- Prioritization of business needs, while keeping projects aligned with organizations strategy and portfolio direction
- Provide guidance to project staff, responsible for the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations by influencing, developing, and implementing field project plans and schedule
- Effectively communicate all issues, resolve conflicts and removing obstacles to progress
- Able to liaise between Clients and Company Ownership
- Invested in a safety-oriented work environment
- Previous Experience: construction manager, construction, manager, construction supervisor, general manager, construction management, construction superintendent, superintendent, supervisor, construction site supervisor, Foreman, General Foreman, construction
Requirements:- Successfully complete a pre-access drug and alcohol testing
- Successful completion of background check and/or additional assessments
- Valid Drivers License
- Valid Drivers Abstract
- Leadership for Safety Excellence Certificate
- Standard First Aid
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- WHMIS 2015
- H2S Alive Certification (Energy Safety Certification preferred)
