Full Job Description
Superintendent, Parts plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and customer-focused delivery of parts operations. Based inWabash, NL, this role oversees warehouse and parts distribution activities while driving operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement.

You will partner closely with branch leadership and cross-functional teams to align parts operations with businessobjectives, enhance customer satisfaction, and support strong financial performance. This is an opportunity to lead a high-impact team in a dynamic mining environment.

Work Location:Wabush, NL
Salary:$115,000 - $120,000per annum, plus bonus
Work Arrangement:Fixed on site - working on location each day
Schedule:Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm

WhatYou'llDo

  • Lead and oversee daily parts operations, including order desk and warehouse functions, ensuring safe and productive work practices
  • Partner with branch leadership to ensure efficient and profitable operations aligned with business objectives
  • Drive operational efficiency, productivity improvements, and cost control initiatives across the department
  • Coordinate with service, sales, andlogisticsteams to support seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee parts ordering,expeditecustomer and vendor orders, and communicate delivery timelines effectively
  • Manage inventory processes including stock monitoring,purchasingrecommendations, andcomponentexchange programs
  • Lead, coach, and develop parts personnel, including training, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Monitor key performance indicators,identifyimprovement opportunities, and implement process enhancements

  • Ability to review information and contribute to operational improvements
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills


Nice to have:

  • Bilingual, English and French
  • Journeyperson / Red Seal Parts Technician certification, or equivalent parts training
  • Experience in heavy equipment, mining, construction, or a related industrial environment
