What You Bring to the Arena
  • Own on-site operations for complex commercial projects ranging from $5M-$30M+, with safety, quality, and field performance at the forefront.
  • Own the project schedule and six-week look-ahead planning, proactively addressing issues to keep work on track.
  • Lead trade partners and hold them accountable to safety, quality, schedule, and performance.
  • Manage site logistics, manpower planning, and day-to-day field execution.
  • Partner with the Project Manager to keep field and project operations aligned.
  • Serve as the on-site leader for owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
  • Lead and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and other field team members.


The Skills Behind the Build
  • Independently led $5M-$30M+ commercial projects from mobilization through closeout.
  • 7+ years in commercial construction, including 3+ years as a Superintendent with a general contractor.
  • Safety-first field leader who manages risk, sets clear expectations, and holds teams accountable.
  • Skilled in project scheduling, look-ahead planning, site logistics, trade partner coordination, and field operations.
  • Experienced reading and interpreting drawings and specifications and managing RFIs, submittals, change management, and project documentation.
  • Proficient with P6, or similar construction and scheduling technology; OSHA 30 required.
  • Healthcare, mission critical/data center, federal, education, or other complex commercial project experience is highly valued.
  • Willingness to travel may be required depending on the project and position.
