Qualifications

• 7+ years of field experience in commercial projects, especially in Higher Education or Life Sciences preferred.
• Experience in supervisory roles such as General Foreman, Field Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules and reports that accurately reflect project statuses.
• Oversee field coordination, quality control, and daily supervision of subcontractors on construction projects.
• Regularly review project progress with Project Manager and client representatives, coordinating multiple superintendents on large projects.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with safety requirements among all personnel.
• Direct subcontractor activities specifically within ground-up residential projects.
• Analyze manpower, material, and equipment needs, interfacing requirements with supervising superintendents.
• Prepare necessary reports and forecasts, keeping supervisors updated on the status of assigned activities.
