- Hasa successful track record managingconstruction ground up and/orrenovation, TI projectsfrom start to finish.
- Excels in occupied environments (multifamily, senior living, retail, orhospitality), minimizing disruptions while maintaining professionalism.
- Bringsexpertise in scheduling, resource management, andon-site supervision.
- Thrivesunder pressure and makes sound, strategic decisions.
- Maintainshigh standards for safety, quality, and client communication.
- Strongexperience with CSI divisions.
- Leadswith collaboration, integrity, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities Project & Schedule Management - Overseeall phases of construction to ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinatesubcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet production goals.
- Maintainand update project schedules (Gantt charts, Lookaheads) bi-weekly.
- Anticipateand mitigate potential delays with proactive contingency planning.
- Leaddaily huddles and weekly coordination meetings with teams and PMs.
Client & Stakeholder Communication - Conductregular client meetings and provide clear, professional progress updates.
- Buildand maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners.
- Resolveclient concerns promptly and effectively.
Onsite Supervision & Safety - Ensureall work complies with company policies, safety regulations, andbuilding codes.
- Leadweekly scheduling and safety meetings with project teams.
- Overseeand enforce quality control standards at every project stage.
Administrative & Financial Oversight - Managedocumentation, including invoices, change orders, RFIs, and daily reports.
- Trackand report on budgets, schedules, and project progress.
Leadership & Team Development - Mentorfield teams, promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, andcontinuous improvement.
- Conductregular training and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar leadership role.
- Provenability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strongknowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and scheduling software.
- Excellentcommunication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and digital documentation systems.
