The Role:At Vivmark Residential, we develop, build, and operate high-quality apartment communities across the country. As a Superintendent I, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing new communities to life while learning the full construction lifecycle from experienced field leaders.
What You'll Do
- Support the day-to-day execution of multifamily and mixed-use construction projects.
- Manage assigned scopes of work and coordinate subcontractor activities.
- Monitor quality, safety, productivity, and schedule performance on site.
- Partner with Superintendents and Project Managers to identify project risks and develop solutions.
- Assist with inspections, RFIs, daily logs, and project documentation.
- Help ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to Vivmark's quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of construction experience, preferably in multifamily, commercial, or residential construction.
- Experience working on active construction sites and coordinating field activities.
- Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety practices.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced field environment and work collaboratively with project teams and trade partners.
