Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement and drive a Zero-Injury Safety program.
• Analyze and understand project drawings, specs, and contract terms.
• Ensure quality control through a structured three-phase quality process.
• Manage worksite logistics effectively.
• Oversee daily construction activities and project scheduling.
• Facilitate team meetings for daily planning and operations.
• Monitor and control project costs proactively.
• Utilize project management systems for effective operations.
• Mentor and develop junior Messer staff members.
