Qualifications

• 5+ years in Geotechnical, Environmental, Civil construction with relevant project management experience
• 1+ year in leadership roles such as foreman or superintendent
• Proficient in reading project plans and executing project scope
• Experience in motivating teams and ensuring high-quality work output
• Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and solutions
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and align crew efforts
• Willingness to travel extensively for job sites across the U.S.
• Valid driver's license; CDL A is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews in installing slope stabilization and geohazard mitigation systems
• Create and execute comprehensive safety plans to protect crew members
• Manage project schedules, production timelines, and budget adherence
• Maintain detailed project documentation including logs, photos, and compliance checklists
• Coach crew members and conduct performance evaluations and corrective actions
• Coordinate travel and logistics for crew members with Project Management partners
• Oversee equipment maintenance and job site organization
• Ensure effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders
