Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the Heavy Civil Market, with a preference for Infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in overseeing self-performed work.
• Strong knowledge across various construction areas including structures, piles, bridges, earthwork, and utilities.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing teams.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project schedule development in collaboration with the Project Manager and ensure execution aligns with the plan.
• Set, communicate, and enforce production goals and schedules with team crews.
• Implement effective cost control measures for labor, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Manage and develop Foremen to enhance team performance.
• Oversee project equipment and foster a culture of equipment care and maintenance.
• Ensure thorough and accurate project documentation throughout all phases.
• Understand and integrate collective bargaining agreements into project management and decision-making processes.
• Manage subcontractor activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
