We are currently seeking a high-impact
Construction Superintendent with proven commercial construction experience to lead projects in St. Croix. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced construction professional to manage both new and renovation projects across public and private sectors while growing with our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all construction services and activities, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution
- Manage and supervise construction crews, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and to specification
- Oversee subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance with contract requirements
- Interface regularly with clients, inspectors, and building officials to maintain clear communication
- Maintain detailed daily logs and weekly production reports to track project status
- Implement cost-effective techniques and strategies based on experience and industry knowledge
- Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Manage all field operations for assigned projects with the highest standards of safety and quality
- Control project budgets and proactively work to meet or exceed financial targets
- Support estimating efforts with field expertise and construction knowledge

Ideal Candidate Profile- Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in commercial construction projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with construction management software, particularly Procore
- Deadline-oriented with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with construction technology
- A highly organized, driven professional who takes ownership of projects
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and order on construction sites
- Willing and available for full-time work in the U.S. Virgin Islands
