What Can You Expect
This position is responsible for managing designated field activities and general supervision of all phases of construction at the jobsite
Manage the permit and inspection process to ensure all required inspections are conducted timely and efficiently. This includes maintaining and/or ensuring any deviations are corrected.
Maintain daily detailed progress reporting and paperwork such as daily reports including pictures of work progress, payroll and equipment time reporting for crew (if required), field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence to keep the various people involved with the project informed of important issues.
Championing and protecting the brand of a rapidly growing Company
Understanding of all building codes and acceptable methods of installation of work in the field to meet local, state, and federal code requirements.

Supervise and coordinate activities of field employees, subcontractors and material vendors to expedite the project schedule while maintaining safety, cleanliness and quality.

Must possess the ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFI's, submittals, subcontracts, and the owner agreement terms and conditions specific to your role.
Must possess the ability to understand project scheduling and cost control by proactively anticipating and solving problems that could delay construction.
In conjunction with Project Management, the Superintendent is responsible for the creation and development of detailed project schedules that provide sufficient time and sequencing to deliver a project of the highest quality in a safe manner that complies with the requirements of the specific project needs and consistent with the requirements of the Owner Contract.
