Position Description: CGI is looking for a talented, driven business analyst with strong problem solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams in a dynamic environment, to support a successful delivery of a critical project for our client.
As a member of a Sunflower Enhancement team, you'll contribute to the entire development lifecycle from concept to deployment. Your future duties and responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering sessions.
Identify, confirm, and review configurations required to meet customer requirements
Document and review designs to meet customer requirements
Document and review requirements, designs, and configuration for enhancements
Create and execute Manual Test Cases for Functional testing, and Automation Test Scripts for functional testing including the identification, collection and/or creation of test data.
Maintain quality testing standards and procedures.
Participate in the coordination, and execution of testing.
Determine and meet time estimates, and schedules for enhancement efforts.
Proven ability to work independently, and as a team member.
Lead meetings with client stakeholders.
Conduct analysis on problems independently, research and recommend solutions and execute resolution steps to address client issues.
Mentor and support other Business Analysts
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Minimum of 4 years of ERP software experience.
Experience with Jira and Confluence applications.
Proven ability to track, and fully document changes to business requirements (both functional and system).
Proven ability to clearly communicate requirements to other development team members.
Strong understanding of the full SDLC lifecycle.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to translate between business and technical concepts).
Problem solving and/or analytical thinking.
Possess ability to manage workload, manage multiple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers, as applicable.
Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
Experience with enterprise asset management systems

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 $153,300.00.
