Data-Core Systems Inc. is seeking a SuccessFactors Functional Lead to be a part of our Consulting team. You will participate and effectively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. You will provide technical expertise and systems design for individual initiatives. You will have an opportunity to work with other SME consultants from our existing team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements workshops with client business and IT stakeholders; document all functional requirements
- Configure award programs (peer-to-peer, spot awards, years-of-service), workflows, RBPs, and recognition dashboard
- Review and approve Functional Design Specifications (FDS) drafted by the Business Analyst
- Conduct showback sessions with client stakeholders at key configuration milestones
- Support SIT and UAT; resolve functional defects and document configuration changes
- Ensure all configurations align with the client's EC Mini-Master/UDF data model
- Review and approve updated FDS/TDS/QRS documents following testing changes
- Support go-live cutover, smoke testing, and production validation activities
Required Skills & Experience
- Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Reward & Recognition (R&R) module configuration
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP), workflow configuration, and approval chain design in SuccessFactors
- EC Mini-Master and User Data File (UDF) data models
- SuccessFactors provisioning, instance management, and environment promotion (Dev 12 QA/T1 12 Prod)
- Functional design specification (FDS) authorship and review
- Integration touchpoints between R&R and third-party rewards vendors
- 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors functional experience; minimum 3 full-cycle R&R module implementations. Experience with EC Mini-Master environments required. Public-sector experience is a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Compensation (or R&R equivalent) - required
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification - preferred
- SAP Certified Application Professional - HCM - preferred
