What you'll bring
• 8+ years managing SAP service engagements, understanding customer goals, implementing governance, and keeping delivery aligned to business outcomes.
• Customer success management skills from hands-on delivery and a track record of driving satisfaction and adoption.• The ability to establish and sustain trust with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
• Clear, effective communication, translating technical progress into business language and keeping stakeholders informed under uncertainty.
• Discipline in time-boxed engagements, with structured 90-day cycles, clear milestones, tight scope, and a focus on visible value delivery.
• Value management awareness, tracking the business value of SAP solutions and helping customers own their ROI.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP and cross-system integration, with the grounding to engage in technical solution conversations.
• Demonstrated Core AI Skills: Agentic AI, Context Engineering, AI-Assisted Automation, AI Adoption Capability, and AI Output Quality Assurance, assessed via a Codility take-home assignment.
• Emotional intelligence and sound problem-solving, reading dynamics, managing pressures, and finding applicable paths through delivery challenges.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 121700-259500USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
