Full Job Description
The role

We're hiring Senior Enterprise Solutions Consultants to own the success of Cryptio's most strategic and high-ARR customers, including leading stablecoin issuers, institutions, and global crypto-native organisations.

You'll take ownership after onboarding, acting as the primary technical and operational partner as customers scale. More than just support, you'll be a trusted advisor; guiding clients through complex fund flows, evolving business models, advanced integrations, and regulatory-driven change.

This role sits at the intersection of customer success, accounting, and technical solution design, with significant influence across Product, Engineering, and Account Management.

What you'll do

This is a strategic, consultative role focused on long-term value and enterprise success.
  • Own post-onboarding success for strategic and high-ARR customers (£40k+ ARR)
  • Serve as the primary technical and operational advisor post go-live
  • Build deep relationships with finance, operations, and executive stakeholders
  • Lead health checks, business reviews, and success planning sessions
  • Map complex fund flows and ensure Cryptio remains the central source of financial truth
  • Advise on advanced crypto use cases (stablecoins, custody, DeFi, token operations, treasury)
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify expansion, upsell, and new use cases
  • Act as an escalation point for complex customer and technical challenges


We're looking for someone who
  • Has 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, or similar roles
  • Brings strong expertise in accounting, financial operations, and reporting
  • Has experience managing enterprise or high-ARR customers
  • Understands crypto ecosystems and institutional digital asset workflows
  • Is comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and complex system architectures
  • Communicates confidently with technical teams and senior stakeholders
  • Takes a consultative, advisory approach and thrives in multi-stakeholder environments

Nice to have
  • Big 4, ERP, fintech, or crypto-native background
  • Experience influencing product roadmaps or shaping best practices at scale
