What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in education or a related field is highly desirable.
• Experience in a teaching or youth-centered environment is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Patience, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach.
