We are looking for the best candidates for our team and are offering a competitive wage of
$45 to $55 per hour (Depending on Experience). This position typically requires
50-60 hours a week and includes an extensive compensation package including

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SUBSTATION SUPERINTENDENT- Must have experience in substation leadership roles.
- Strong industrial substation knowledge and experience is required.
- Ability to oversee the overall performance of assigned area operations.
- This position requires traveling to project sites with a 5 week on site and 1 week off rotation.
- Must conduct all jobs in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
A DAY IN THE LIFEAs a
Substation Superintendent at B.H. Inc., you will report directly to the Industry-specific Project Manager or Construction Manager and provide a full range of operational oversight. While your primary focus is management, you will also work with tools alongside your crews in the field when necessary. Your role involves mentoring team members, participating in efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring personal job mastery across the site.
